Tradovera is a web-based trading journal, analytics, simulation, strategy-testing, and performance-tracking platform.

Tradovera allows users to import, enter, organize, and analyze trading data, including trades, accounts, screenshots, notes, strategy models, confluences, emotions, behavior tags, and performance metrics.

Tradovera does not execute trades, place orders, manage funds, or provide financial advice.

2.2 Free Demo Information

Payment card details are processed by our payment processor. Tradovera does not directly store full card numbers.

You own your trading data. We process it to provide the Tradovera service.

2.5 Broker, EA, Import, and Manual Journaling Data

Tradovera may support workflows involving:

  • MetaTrader 5
  • cTrader
  • Tradovate
  • NinjaTrader
  • File imports
  • Manual trade journaling
  • EA-based broker workflows

At this stage, Tradovera does not store broker credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that imported, connected, or manually entered data is accurate and that your use of Tradovera complies with broker, exchange, platform, and prop firm rules.

2.6 Technical Information

When you use Tradovera, we may collect technical information such as:

Tradovera does not directly store full credit card numbers.

We may store payment-related references such as subscription status, payment history, invoice information, and customer identifiers.

8. International Data Transfers

Venvaukt Canada Inc. is registered in Canada. If you are located outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada and other countries where our service providers operate.

For users in the European Economic Area, the European Commission has recognized Canada as providing adequate protection for certain commercial organizations subject to PIPEDA, allowing personal data transfers to Canada under that adequacy framework.

Where information is transferred to countries that are not covered by an adequacy decision, we may rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

  • Aggregated or anonymized data may be kept indefinitely if it no longer identifies you.

If you delete your account, Tradovera will delete or anonymize your personal data and trading data from active systems within 30 days, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period and will be deleted or overwritten according to our backup retention schedule, usually within 90 days.

Tradovera is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we may delete the account and related data.

16. AI Features

Tradovera may offer AI-related features in the future, including AI trade reviews, AI backtesting, strategy coding, or automated analysis.

If AI features are used, we may process trading data, strategy data, screenshots, notes, or other relevant information to generate outputs.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for live trading. AI features do not provide financial advice or trading recommendations.

17. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data to:

  • Improve Tradovera;
  • Develop analytics and benchmarks;
  • Improve Vera Score and other product features;
  • Understand product usage;

This data will not reasonably identify you as an individual.
